| Know-How and Workflow |
What, at the first look, appears to be a wasteful abundance, at Wilbers is the guarantee for short delivery times. But only experts can look behind the curtain: As special some add-on parts may be, only through their correct combination a Wilbers shock absorber comes into being. There might be thousands of combinations possible- but only one is the best. Thus a shock absorber is crafted no motorcycle fan is willing to part with. |

| At Wilbers, work flow is thoroughly organized: Blueprints, tools and essentially the people create those products to ease your (motorcycle) –life. Each product is tested over and over again on our computerized test-stand (middle-picture) as well as during final control procedures (right-picture). |
As shock absorbers are everyday objects that are constantly used, the job bears a lot of responsibility. But our skilled mechanics have acquired the essential know-how throughout years of experience so that today workflow can be compared with precision clockworks.
Similar to the clockwork where every gearwheel exactly fits into the next, the competences of our staff are logically divided. Still the know-how of one employee links up precisely with the ability of the next. The result is a sophisticated piece of workmanship of certificated (DIN norm ISO 9001:2000) quality! |
